Nestled in the heart of Lake Worth Beach, The One is a unique collection of just 14 luxury condominiums, the first of its kind. The building was completed in 2018 and changed the fabric of its neighborhood, with its modern and contemporary design.
Our vision was to extend the downtown core, bringing new life to the residential area of S Palmway. The building features 3000 sq ft of commercial space which helped do just that. A café, gym and barber shop offer new and exciting amenities to the surrounding area.
The interiors are tastefully crafted with high end finishes, including 9ft ceilings and imported porcelain tile flooring. A 4th floor amenity deck with views of the intracoastal offer a relaxing oasis for the residents.
With its striking colors of white and blue, it’s hard to miss The One while driving along Lake Avenue heading south towards the ocean. It stands out exactly how we wanted it to, bold and confident. The royal palm trees framing the building add to its dramatic footprint and make it difficult not to notice its bold yet elegant beauty.
